Do you have an office near me? Our UK operations are based in London, with a further office in New York serving North American clients. Almost all of our clients never visit either. Files are submitted and returned securely online, so your location has no effect on turnaround, price or quality.

Do I need to hand over recordings in person? No. Everything is handled through our encrypted upload portal, secure email or an approved cloud link. If you have a physical medium — a dictaphone, a tape, a disc — contact us and we will arrange secure handling.

Are transcripts produced in the UK? Yes. Our transcription specialists are UK-based and your audio is processed under UK-controlled, GDPR-aligned workflows. We do not offshore transcription work.
